Getting started
Install followthrough, connect Linear and Attio, and capture your first task.
followthrough is a Chrome extension. It replaces your new tab with three columns of work: Linear issues you own, Attio tasks for the customers you're chasing, and a personal list for everything else.
Install the extension
- Grab it from the Chrome Web Store.
- Open a new tab. Three columns appear (Linear and Attio show "connect" buttons until you set them up).
- Press
⌘K(orCtrl+K) on any tab to open the capture palette over whatever page you're on.
Connect your sources
Linear and Attio are optional. You can use the personal list on its own.
- Linear: click the connect button in the Linear column. It opens Linear's OAuth dialog. Once authorized, your current-cycle issues show up.
- Attio: paste a personal access token. Generate one in Attio's developer settings, then drop it into the Attio column.
- Personal: nothing to set up. Tasks live on this device.
Your first capture
Hit ⌘K. The palette opens. From the keyboard:
- Press
lfor Linear, afor Attio, orpfor personal. Or useTabto cycle. - Type a title. Hit
Enter. - For Linear: pick a team. For Attio: pick the customer to attach. For personal: pick a due date or skip.

That's the whole flow. No syntax to remember.
